Sending Feedback or Reporting a Problem

How to use Have Feedback? to report a bug or suggest an improvement, and what to include so it can be fixed quickly.

The LIMSOC team relies on feedback from patrolling members and officers to find problems and improve the system.

1. Open Have Feedback?

Open the LIMSOC menu (☰ on a phone) and tap Have Feedback? near the bottom. A support window opens over the page. You can also use it from the login page if you can't sign in.

2. Tell us what happened

Choose whether you're reporting a problem, asking a question or suggesting an idea, then describe it. The more detail, the faster it can be fixed:

  • which interface and screen you were on (for example Patrols → Incidents)

  • which unit or club, and the incident number if there is one

  • what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead, including any error message

  • your device and browser (for example iPhone, Safari)

The feedback tool can attach a screenshot of the page you're on. Check it doesn't show patient or member details you don't need to share.

3. Send and follow up

Send your message. The LIMSOC team will reply in the same window, so you can check back there for updates.

Not for emergencies

Feedback isn't monitored around the clock. For anything operational or urgent, contact Surfcom directly.
