The Beach Closure Report lists every period a beach was closed, with the reason and how long it lasted. It's built from the beach status your patrols record. In the menu it appears under your organisation's term for closures.
Run the report
Open the Reports menu and choose the beach closures report.
Choose a period, and optionally a Unit, Beach Reason (e.g. Dangerous Surf, Marine Stingers, Sharks), Service Type, Region or LGA.
Click Generate Report. You'll see Fetching Data... while it loads.
Each row shows the Unit, Reason, Start Time, End Time and Duration (in hours). Use Download CSV to export it, which needs export rights for beach closures.
Good to know
Closure times are only as accurate as the beach status updates on patrol. If a beach was reopened but the status wasn't updated until later, the closure will look longer than it really was. After choosing a Region, the dropdown may not display your choice, but the filter is still applied.
